NO poor service as there is NO service

I was given an address to go and fetch my sim card when I got there, the place didn't even exist. You can never get hold of the so called "Mark". some of the emails listed doesn't even work and keeps bouncing back. Vodacom doesn't even sell Uncapped LTE packages. You never get a tracking number they spin you a story and tell me that there is a mix up with DHL. PLEASE rather go to any other service provider this place doesn't exist!!!!!
