Unprofessional and rude.

We recently received communication from this company regarding a car finance account we have with Absa.

Apparently the account is in arrears and we requested a monthly statement since we have not been receiving it, and monthly installment were being paid.

We paid half the required amount of arrears including the current installment, and requested to make an arrangement to get the account uptodate.

But the agent who is acting on behalf of Umvelo a Mr. Nlanhla Thwala made it clear that he is not interested in negotiating and his behavior is professional rude and downright harassment.

We are looking to find a solution while he is threatening us. What kind of behavior is that.

It even raises suspicions that this could be some sinister ways to sell peoples vehicles.
