Uif declaration but refuse to pay what they have declared

I have a problem with the company as I was under there learnership so now they have declared me for uif but they don't what to comply labour, as now I'm on the process of claiming my uif found so now I think is better for them to remove me on there uif system so that I can claim my funds in peace
