Please help me to find the email address and the contact numbers where can I contact them. Because SARS says owe them alot of money because of the Umm contracting services and I never worked for them

I was part of a learnership in 2022 and completed it. Only to realize now that this company registered me as their employee without my consent. The issue i'm having now is with SARS, according to SARS, the company was supposed to send IRP5 for the period they registered me as their employee but they we're just sending one document over the years. As a result, i'm paying penalties every month for returns that were rejected due to invalid documents. I'm failing to get ahold of them to resolve this matter.

Uif declaration but refuse to pay what they have declared
I have a problem with the company as I was under there learnership so now they have declared me for uif but they don't what to comply labour, as now I'm on the process of claiming my uif found so now I think is better for them to remove me on there uif system so that I can claim my funds in peace
