Never received any payment and employed by this company

Can you please remove me from your data base and also send me an IRP5 as now I'm owing SARS R5070 because of your company it shows I have received 33399 which I have never received and I'm also trying to call the company but the number it does not go through. And have never been employed by this company 💔
