useless service

If it was up to me I wouldn't be giving any star. The Umalusi staff is either attending functioning during the week or their switchboard rings throughout without being answered. I have submitted my online application even made my payment on the 14th July but still haven't received my replacement certificate. Instead I'm being taken from pillar to post
