Pathetic Service
Utterly useless customer care and the owner behaves as a middle man between Octotel and "Ultrafast." Their website is entirely unmanageable and the links to their social media platforms do not work. Irregular billing and unstable network connectivity with no explanation until up to 12 hours later! The man who runs it, Marc, should seriously consider a different line of work.
