Very bad service and attitude at Ultra Liquor Mafikeng

I experienced very bad service at the Mafikeng branch today.One of the cashiers,young lady with glasses was very rude to me,she didn't greet me and this is not the first time this happens,and she also didn't thank me when she was done wth the transaction, when I ask her why doesn't she greet,she tells me that the customers dont greet thats why she is not greeting. When I approached the manager she spoke to the cashier and the cashiers explained to her in Setswana,which I dont understand and still they didn't apologized to me.Overall the service at Mafikeng branch is poor, even the owners don't greet there customers, and items that is on sale,the owners take it from the shelves, and tell as it out of stock.Not sure why did they buy the franchise if they not keeping with the rules of sale items.
