Unacceptable treatment at Ultra Liquors Newcastle

On Saturday 2023-12-09, I visited Ultra Liquors Newcastle, as I always do, to support the Willemse family, because we see them as pillars of our community. Upon exiting the establishment, I was embarrassed by an elderly, short haired woman, as I was made out to be a ********, due to the fact that the cashier omitted to ring up a can of Coke, outside of my knowledge. As per what the common man/woman would do, I did not check my till slip and proceeded as if all was in order. The treatment received at the exit, is unacceptable, due to no fault of my own.

My advice, is to implement better staff training and to treasure regular customers, they are pivotal in sustaining a healthy business. If I wanted to be a ********, I wouldn't just set my sights on a singular can of Coke.
