Ultra liquors bad service

Ultra liquors Green Point give bad service On Wednesday 27th 2024 I ordered drinks online and paid in full. I needed the drinks for the upcoming weekend, on Friday I phoned them to ask when will my order be delivered they claim they don't have my address, but on the confirmation email my address is visible, on Saturday I called again regarding my order they say I live to far but the nearest Ultra Liquors is about 5km from my place. I had to spend double cos I had to buy refreshments for my guests and hope Ultra liquors will deliver my order in the near future I wont advise anyone to order drinks online at Ultra liquors because they don't have the necessary skills to deal with customers who buy online
