Ultra liquor poor service

Hi I am very disappointed with ultra Rustenburg customer service starting with the time they close the gates which does not correspond with ultra operating hours to rude and lazy supervisors. I normally buy stock for my pub at ultra Rustenburg on weekly basis I asked for a toilet I was told they don't have a public toilet even though the waiting time while purchasing there is ridiculous at times there is only 1 cashier helping accounts customers. I went to a different cashier on several occasions since they were not busy at that time and she called for authorisation next to her were 2 supervisors rude as ever the other 1 said she was busy checking stock leaving the shop and the other 1 was just sitting down doing nothing. Thanx to Frans each time asked to come and help he always do even when he is busy with something else. Ultra SA please help turn this shop around I know they have ability to do better than what they are doing now.
