Treatment towards employees

What a shame with emotional abuse from this company they are always putting their employees under pressure making them work hard while giving them less days off choosing their leave days for them with less salary they depending on firing, when the employees make a mistake they will call a lawyer for them as if they killed a person. This company is abusive employees are always stressful,scared and tired even labor cannot stand them
