Train your staff about customer service

Hi

M not pleased with the service I received at Shoprite liquor eloff and albertina Street, we were only 3 people on the que but we waited for about 20 minutes, I asked the manager to intervene he just looked at me and said nothing.

I respect people s jobs I don't want any to loose their jobs,

Have a meeting with your staff train them to customer service is very important.
