Terrible service and disgusting manners from manager

<p>To Whom it may concern</p> <p> </p> <p>My partner and I have recently experieced extremely terrible service from Ultra liquors in George, we were recently puchasing wine for our wedding at Ultra liquors in George and upon our search for our wine ultra liqour staff members mentioned to us that they currently have no stock of the wine we were requesting which we completed understood and said that our wedding is only in a months time so if they can please order this wine for us and we will collect it from them in 3 weeks, on our travel back to George from knysna they mentioned the wine had arrived and when we arrived to collect know one new what we were talking about and then said that the wine was incorrectly ordered. We once again said not to worry its still a week to our wedding please can they get it to us so we can still atleast support them,three days later they phoned to say that it has arrived and we had my mother collect and bring through believing they were giving us the wine we mentioned over the phone and ordered,when the wine arrive we saw they got the order completly wrong we then phoned and the manager on duty seemed very ****y and then said to my fiance that she better not let this conversation become into a threatening one as he started getted very annoyed with her as she was saying it was the third time they got this wrong. I dont know who the hell that manager is but telling my fiance to be careful that this doesnt become a threatening match is appauling and straight up disgusting. I hope you are able to sort this out as this will lose you many clients with this kind of poor service and communication. Absolutely pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
