Stay away from Ultra liquors Welkom

I visited your Welkom store and was very disgusted with the experience.

I bought the Pogues Whiskey special and saw the price on the shelf was not correct, I asked assistance and the hey told me to go to the front. I picket you the only 6 ****** ail cans I could see.

I went to the till and both tills were open, I asked if I can approach and was rudely denied.

The next teller cannot even greet and only asked if I want a plastic.

She rang my purchase and gave me the slip. Hi then I saw the whiskey was priced correctly but I was billed for the ail. When I went back to ask I was told I should have asked. I went back in store and could not find the 6 pack on the advertising. I asked another person who fetched it for me. Then the cashier shouted at me I cannot take it I must bring my purchase back. The other employee who fetched the 6 pack for me assisted me out.

Is this your values and level of service? Why is the prices not correct on the shelves? Why is the 6 packs not readily available? Why does the staff not want to assist client so they want to come back?

With such experience I want to never go there again.

I was charged R 54.99 for something I do not need.
