On the 25 of May I went to ultra liquor to buys some alcohol then I swapped the cash went out of my bank but they said it declined i paid again cash and the Said I must bring my bank statement but when I looked on the bank statement it didn't appear I went to my bank and they gave me a letter to take to Altra Liquor Port Elizabeth Newton Park because the money is pending on their system they must authorize it.when I took the letter to Ultra liquor Newton Park they said there's nothing they can do because I should have went back to them immediately... I told them the only thing I need from the is to check in their system and reserve my money because it's pending with them. Please help get my money back.
