****** by altra liquor

I haven't got any feedback from Ultra liquors and I would like to ask if are there any further steps taken for my review about the complaint I brought forward that I bought alcohol using my card and they said the money didn't go through from them but I showed them that it was deducted from my bank so... They asked me to go to my bank then at my bank they told me in order for the money to appear it must be Authorized by Ultra liquor, I did my purchase on the 25/05/2019 and the still haven't authorized the money.
