Ridiculed by staff and management over a question they ignored me over

I had asked a cashier how do I get a straight, which was behind an unattended counter, she responded that I cant get myself behind the counter and flat ignored me when I asked how else. When I got to her till , she says I can't expect her to serve me when she was busy and I can't talk to her like I want to. I had just a question on how to get to the bottle. The manager came and asked me to excuse myself, without him even hearing my side of the story.
