Poor Service

Recent request for a specific brand of Whisky at Ultra Liquors Wynberg, Cape Town resulted in discussion with the manager as to why they do not have stock and unlikely to get any for at least 1 to 2 weeks.. Back home I decided to call their branch in Sea Point - guess what : 7 cases..! Good service would have resulted in the Manager saying he would call the other branches in Cape Town to see if they could help me...
