Extremely poor service from Managemenet

Last week Saturday I decided to visit my local Ultra Liquors situated in George, as they had some awesome deals I wanted to take part in. On reaching the store I could not locate the items I was looking for (12 pack of Hunters Dry for R99) and drew the attention of the merchandiser who also was unsuccessful in his search for the advertised offers as well. I asked to speak to the manager, who seemed rather annoyed that I wanted to speak to him, non the less I explained the issue to him and he responded by saying that it was not his problem and that it was his suppliers problem. I took offence to this as I believe the responsibility lies on the business to have stock of any advertised offers, and the managers responsibility to ensure that he is fully stocked to supply advertised deals. I then requested the same price for two six packs which costs significantly more, to which the manager refused offering a lessor discount after aggressively telling me that I was being difficult and unreasonable to expect him to charge me the same price as the advertised special. Thus took place in front of his staff, the public and my daughter. I only shop at Ultra liquors and if you check my loyalty card you will see that ive spent a significant amount of money with you, is this how you treat your loyal customers?
