Excellent customer service

I was at Ultra Liquor at Dihlabeng Mall and the lady that assisted me went over and above to assist me. I was carrying heavily and when I came through the door she assisted me with my load and asked me what is it that I'm looking for and and she went to get it for me. Since it was hot she even created a cooler box with a box and a plastic took out my drinks ,put them in that hand made cooler box and put some ice. We need such people as our frontline.
