Disgusting service and unprofessional service at Ultra Liquor Goodwood

I bought alcohol for R7000 at ultra liquor in Goodwood. I bought 7 750ml Gordon's bottles and the promotion at the store says when you purchase a 750ml Gordon's bottle you get a free 1 Litre Schweppes Dry Lemon. I didn't get any Schweppes in my order. I didn't know I had to get the 1 Litre Schweppes free. I only noticed two day after when reading the store catelogue. I then called Saturday the Ulta liquors at 17:59 and the voice recording said the store is closed. I then called today the store at 11am and complaint about no receiving the 1litre Schweppes. The consultant I spoke to was very rude and very unprofessional. She literally said it's not her job to check for me if I got the 1 Litre special or not. Her name is Rochelle she clearly has no customer services as she has no way to speak to customers. I then asked to speak to the manager. The manager advised me that the 1 Litre Schweppes is out of stock. I need to go to the store with the 7 bottles of Gordon's I bought so that they can reverse the bottles and purchase the bottles again with 1l Coke as the 1l is out of stock. I told the store manager that I had to hire Uber to the store and back home with the R7000 stock I bought. I told him I live far from the store I would need to take an Uber again to the store and pack again with the 7 bottles of Gordon's. I asked him how is the store going to compensate me for the huge inconvenience they did. He said there's nothing they can do they can't compensate me. All they can do is give me the 1l 7 bottles of the 1l coke and for the extra costs I will occur for a Uber they won't be able to assist me. He advised me that they are out of stock for the 1l Schweppes and can only give me 1l Coke. I complaint to him about the rude consultant that is Rochelle and he said he will speak to her. I am disgusted with the ill treatment I received from Rochelle at the store. I'm also not happy with the poor communication received from the store not informing me of the free promotional items I was supposed to get. I'm shocked that the sotr didn't say I word to me of the 1l I was supposed to get because I had no idea of their promotion at the time of the purchase. I will never purchase from them again. They are rude and worse service received from them.
