DISGUSTING SERVICE

Purchased goods from the store and paid with a card only to see cashier swiping my card twice.When i questioned her she says machine is faulty and it did not go threw.But not according to my sms, which showed money was deducted twice.Then intervenes Mr tony Nair ,he has no common courtesy at all.when i asked him to reverse transaction and keep his goods he says sorry he will be short.So its ok for me the customer to be short but not him?Then he asks me to leave the store and he will call me to see if money reverts next day,but nothing happens!!!1
