Good I have had such a terrible service experience at ultra liquor at ultra liquor park in Vanderbijlpark. I called in on the 23 to enquire if they had Heineken in stock. I was told yes the is and the was plenty of it. I drove from ennerdale to Vanderbijlpark. The return km was about 100km return. I got the I was told that the Heineken is not available. I was very disappointed and frustrated. I having to drive and be told that and being provided misleading information. I left the story and came back and wanted to buy other alcohol instead. I had to wait in the que and while waiting when I got in front I was I had to wait for someone to come collect the orders for me. I then saw Heineken and I asked that was I told its not available before I went out. I was told that no its to be sold in single. I waited for more than 5minutes. People not paying attention to me I went out of the store after asking for refund as no one was paying attention to me and being made a fool and while other stores are closing. I then went out to tell the people I was with to go look else where while I wait for the refund. I came back and saw people where being sold Heineken white people. I asked why was I not sold Heineken I was then told that no its sold in single boxes. I was beyond now being frustrated. I then I again saw a person getting more than 3 boxes. While I was told no its not available. I was further more discriminated cause I was black. I was told it would not be sold to me. I must take my money and go somewhere else. I will not get Heineken. I always buy in orange farm ultra liquor never was I ever been treated this way. For me to be discriminated cuase of I black. For such a brand to be ******. I was discriminated by the owner hen. This was the most terrible service I have ever received.
