Disappointing Service

I tried to return a Case of Empty Quarts to Ultra Wynberg where I was told that you get a Credit slip that is only valid for the day and if not used on the day it become void. Also to be told that the refund of the empties is not refunded in cash only in the way of a credit on a purchase the same day. I do understand that there are reasons for not refunding in Cash and I will not go into that here. However, I do feel that concession should be made on merit of the situation or the particular client visiting the store. This was not the case, the management and staff were addiment that there is no way of me getting MY deposit money returned to me, I will need to purchase something in store..

Now some customers might not have a problem with that, however I did not want to purchase anything on that day and I felt that if I had paid Ultra Liquors for the deposit when doing the initial purchase I should get MY money returned to me.

ULTRA LIQUORS, I will not be visiting your branches any longer and I hope more people who read this and feel the same will follow my lead. It is my money paid for a deposit on the Case and bottles, I have a right to my money being returned to me and not to be forced to make another purchase ON THE SAME DAY!
