Bloemfontein ******* clamping and rude staff

Ultra Liquors Bloemfontein do you know the South African wheel clamping law? You are not allowed to clamp a vehicles wheels. It's a ******** offence to clamp OR tow away a vehicle without lawful authority UNLESS YOU ARE A TRAFFIC COP!!! On Thursday morning at about 10:45 i parked my car in front of the store to visit the building at the opposite side of the street as there was no other parking available. When I arrived back my wheel was clamped. I then noticed a board saying that ******* parked vehicles will be towed. Towed not clamped!!! Why was my car clamped? Why then not towed as the board stipulates? Is it because you know its ******* to do both?? I then went into the store asking a lady to see the manager. She told me that the manager isn’t available but will be back on Monday. She then very rudely asked what the problem is and i then asked her why my wheel is clamped. She raised her voice and told me that if i don’t buy something from them im not allowed to use the parking. Understandable i then offered to buy something and she then told me it doesn’t work like that and asked me “can you read” referring to the sign outside. I said yes as it clearly stipulates TOW AND NOT CLAMP!!! She then told me to pay R500 to remove the clamp. I then told her i know the law and this is ******* what they just did. After she raised her voice at me and disrespected me in front of clients and the staff she shouted from the inside to the security guard to unclamp my wheel so i can just leave the store. I said thank you and left. As i walked outside she made rude remarks and shouted. I just ignored her and walked out as she disrespected me further in front of everyone. I can look past the fact that my wheel was clamped and the fact that it’s ******* but this lady’s attitude and the way she spoke to me and shouted when i walked out i can not look passed. How disrespectful can one person be?? Do you feel prideful for being so rude? This is a unacceptable way to treat any person no matter the situation.
