Biassed Service

One customer a buisness not make, but.....

It is with great sadness and diapoinment that Myself and Family will not be frequenting this eatablishment!

When the lock down ended on June 1 I was shown away due to "Can only support large clients"

I left and was dissapointed by the way in which I was handled but understood that they might have been flustered and overwhelmed by the rush on that day. So I moved on and was helped by my neighberhood Top's down the road with much more respect.

However today 6/11/2020 I was refused service to me due to not having the correct mask! I must say as a medic and having purchased my FULL face mask from an official Covid distribution agent(Edna medical supplies). and being accepted by the guidlines of the medical prerequisites of mask criteria, I was stunned by this move. I have been a patron of this store since it was built (Pre 1992(the old Solly Kramers)) it is clear that my small regular purchase is no longer welcome. The Extremely rude way in which this whole thing was handled ,leaves much to be desired.

One customer a buisness does not make,but remember how you got to where you are.

They have lost at least one customer. and I'm sure many will follow.

So they must please continue the support of their large non covid complient shabeen customers.
