bad service

i bought 24 Savanna in dec and the transaction went through 3 times,and i went to the bank for them to reverse the transaction as advised by the manager at ultra liquors and the bank informed me that the could not reverse the amount as the the transaction went through on the 26 dec from my account.must go back and ask the store to refund me back,i went for the 3rd time and they told me it will be fixed because the manager is on leave.till today the problem is not yet solved
