they around were so rude at ultra liquors goodwood capetown, i bought two ciders redds around 6pm on a friday but upon arriving at home i noticed that the bottle was leaking and i was skeptical to open and drink as i was not sure if itws a crack that caused it so i went back to retrn only to find out that they had closed. sat i came back to explain and exchange the door man who check receipts claimed to be the manager and refused to listen and claimed i opened the drink and trid to drink it but im a regular clients and would never do such a thing what i wanted is to be safe rather than opening a bottle that might end up putting my life at risk. he refused and shouted at mr and no they all said thare was no manager in the shop only that security guy was the manager.

one of their staff who is a congelese ended up coming to use his own cash tomrefund me.

how pathetic is that,as big as ultra you treat people like that.

that emlpoyee is worth being a manager than the rest of the staff there.
