USN Diet Fuel
Bought two USN Diet Fuel product/s with different batch numbers and product sediment that looks like a small amount of beach sand made it into the product. Addressed with USN hopefully through the store but no response. Never again, time to move on to another brand as USN seems not to be too interested in finding out what this is and if healthy for their customers or providing feedback. Contacted the Dept of Health who can address the "safety" of this bad product on behalf of the consumer... Two batches makes it potentially possible more like this

I have spoken to our Customer Care lady. She says she rep**** to you by email last week and it bounced back (3 July). She tried a few days later again and it bounced back again. I will get the emails from her in the next few hours so that I can also try to send it to you. Her emails contained explanations and photos. Not sure why it bounced. She informed me that you used another email address from the one you are using for your hellopeter profile. Can we use this other address to try and forward you the emails again? Please advise.
