please use a different courier service in south africa. Amarex is simply the worst. cant update tracking. falsely claiming failed delivery attempts. whatsapp contact centre is useless and i can go on and on. this is a bad reflection on usn online store. Please sort this out

Hydrotech Whey Powder Excessive sugar
I would like to raise a concern regarding the USN Hydrotech Whey Protein Powder. As a consumer who closely monitors dietary intake, particularly sugar consumption, I was concerned to note what appears to be an excessive amount of sugar in this product. This is especially problematic given that whey protein supplements are generally marketed toward individuals who are focused on health, fitness, and controlled nutritional intake. The level of sugar included in this product goes against the dietary requirements of individuals seeking to limit sugar consumption as part of a balanced and healthy lifestyle. As such, it does not align with my expectations of a product positioned as a premium fitness supplement.

Customer service excellence I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent service I received. I called in on Tuesday to enquire whether it would be possible to expedite my order or collect it in person, as I was scheduled to travel to Cape Town the following morning. Unfortunately, I did not take the name of the lady who assisted me; however, she was absolutely wonderful and truly embodied what outstanding customer service is about. She went above and beyond to ensure that my delivery was expedited, and I am pleased to confirm that I received the full order yesterday. Disappointed with USN Quality Control – Foreign Object in Protein Powder.
I have been a loyal USN customer for years, always trusting the brand to deliver decent quality. But today I was very disappointed when I opened my USN Fast Grow Anabol protein powder to make a shake, only to find a large piece of plastic bag mixed in with the powder. This raises serious concerns about quality control – if pieces of plastic are ending up inside the product, what else could be slipping through? I don’t expect this from any supplement brand, and certainly not from USN who positions itself as a premium choice. This is unacceptable and makes me question what exactly I’ve been drinking all this time. At the very least, I expect USN to investigate this properly and offer me a replacement product or fair compensation for the risk and inconvenience caused. Very unhappy with this experience and I honestly expected much better from a brand I’ve supported for so long.
