Scoop measures a different wieght
I recently bought some whey protein(Whey + Multi whey protein) from USN at Dischem. I am a sport athlete and I measure/weigh everything for my diet! On the label it states a scoop of whey is 21g. On the picture it even indicates a \heaped"scoop on the image.

I took a level scoop and weighed it on my scale. It came to about 35g for the one scoop excluding the weight of the scoop... Now this is very far of 21g and the scoop was level. Now do I have the wrong scoop or are USN doing this on purpose to have the product finished quicker to sell more product?

Now I sit with the feeling that USN is ******** people as the info on the label doesn't match the actual weight and secondly I end up with more protein and other stuff in my diet which means my diet is not accurate... So my weight loss and other dietary things is out of proportion due to a incorrect measuring...

I noticed the scoop has a \""second edge\"" that makes it bigger and that made me measure it to make sure it is accurate.

I want to know how USN can rectify this and why this is the case??? I use a salter scale which is very accurate!!! """
Thank you for your message.
Can you kindly send us the batch details of the Whey+ product?
We just want to check if it isn't perhaps a misread of the label as our current Whey+ label stipulates that 1 serving = 1 rounded scoop which is 32g but of this 32g scoop the protein content is 21g. It is also indicated in the 'Recommended Use' section that 150ml water + 1 rounded scoop (picture) = 21g protein. So the scoop is 32g but protein per scoop is 21g.
Please let us know and we'll follow up with the laboratory producing this.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
