Product Mishab

My son body builds for Western Province and his been using USN products for the past two years. He never had any bad experience using the product, on the contrary he is a great believer of the USN product. He purchased USN Creatine Transport 650g at Clicks Vangate Mall Cape Town a week on the 6th July 2019. As he got to the middle of the tin he saw the sachet of Desiccant Silica Gel which was inside the tin was open and open investigation we found that most of this gel was laying out in the tin. Due to the danger around consuming this gel I advised him to stop any intake of the creatine transport. He is a student and does not have funds laying around to purchase another one as this one was supposed to last him for a month until I can purchase him another tin.

I can safely say this was no neglect from his side as the packet was in the middle of the tin and it did not have any huge visible cuts but looks like the side of the gel packet came loose.
