Poor after sales service and terrible delivery.

Your 12 days of Christmas campaign and promises of free overnight delivery has left me with a bad taste. Firstly I battled for hours on Tuesday to get the discount promised on an item as was eventually told by a Bhavik to just pay full price and I'll get a discount coupon. Oh and the free delivery wasn't happening either. Thursday morning I get a message that my parcel is out for delivery - nothing arrived. Now on Christmas eve when I have so much to do, I have to wait around. This is not the 1st time either. My previous order arrived 3 or 4 days AFTER I got the message saying My parcel is out for delivery. Once again this Bhavik was not helpful at all. I don't want the discount voucher, I want my refund as I won't be buying online again. The after sales service and delivery is terrible.
