Lava Sticks not dissolving

I have been using Cherry Lava Sticks for a couple of years now and they are great so I decided to get a different flavour as I got tired of cherry. I opted for orange. This is disgusting... it doesn't dissolve and it makes lumps in your throat when you drink it. I have photos to prove it in the glass. The cherry flavour dissolves nicely. I tried one bag and thought maybe it is only the one bag but the next one did the same. The batch number on this box MJ15167 or MJ15i67 / not sure as the print is bad but I have the whole box still. I am busy with the USN challenge and don't have money to replace it as USN is expensive. I have lost a lot of kg but afraid my progress will stall now. :-(
