Disgusting customer service

Worst ever customer experience with online ordering. It has been a week still no order and no feedback with regards to when I can expect my order or even why I have not received it even after multiple time of trying to contact them. Online chat is always offline. E-mails don’t get responded on and phone line just ring and ring. Even Facebook messenger doesn’t provide feedback. Disgusted and will never buy from USN again
