Company refusing refund

I will not promote this business at all. I placed an order on the 2nd of August 2024. With extensive research on the product in question, thus knowing that it was short of stock, the company showed ample items in. It took about 14 days for them to let me know that one item was still amiss.

I have been in contact with a representative or a co-owner, and requested a refund. Sadly I have been subjected to a run around for more than two weeks to get my money back. This company owes me R1 473. Every day I am told tomorrow, or some other nonsense of finance departments.

GS Nutrition reminds me of a fly-by-nigh company run by a *****ed team.

GIVE ME MY REFUND!!!!!
