Bad delivery service

I am here to complain about the current service USN is giving after their recent website upgrade. First the site was unavailable almost the whole day and without notifying your regular customers and subscribers. 2nd I had to open a new account because they have a "new" website so I get to loose all my past purchase history just for that. 3rd Its been 6 days now since I have ordered from the USN website, my order was first of all lost and was only sent after 2 days, then today I am told its been given to a third party courier so I have to wait after the weekend to get my parcel and that will be 8 days! I can get parcels from China quicker than that. In my opinion its better to buy this stuff from other resellers now. Your supplements are good but your service is now terrible if I were you I would revert back to the old system you were better then.
