Uikykvleismark - Rude employees

We buy our monthly meat from uitkyk, when they started with they loyalty rewards, my husband completed the forms while i was busy shopping. I have been using this card every month when i shop with no questions asked but last week when i wanted to use my cashback i was denied because the card is in my husbands name and when i insisted to speak to the manager i was referred to the loyalty program manager who was very rude, aggressive and not helpful in any way. This behaviour is unacceptable as i have spend over R6000 in December at uitkyk and my money was good enough then. I want them to refund my cashback or come up with a solution to have this sorted out.
