Poor Customer Service

I am a regular and loyal customer to Uitkyk, I used to travel from Siyabuswa in Mpumalanga to buy my meat there, now I travel from Soshanguve to get my meat there but the rate at which I get treated is slowly pushing me away from buying there. Last month on the 16th I go to Uitkyk as a regular customer to buy my meat there. when I was about to pay I realized that I have forgotten my Uitkyk/Infinity card. I try to log on my app but network was poor. I go to the Kiosk to ask if I can be able to log into the system, retrieve my card number to open the app and scan the apps barcode . A lady there was not understanding , i told her that infinity has an option to scan like most apps does with the virtual cards. She insisted that it is not possible. she got annoyed and called her supervisor Martha who came. I explained to her in IsiZulu she wanted me to forcefully speak SeTswana with her . I kept on using IsiZulu, until I switched to English. She was now boiling at this point, raising a voice at me. She insisted that I pay 10 rand and make a new card that would be used or pay for my groceries without getting those points. I explained again and again that the infinity app has a virtual card in it but was unable to log on cause it wanted card number, which i did not have by heart and could not access emails due to poor network. she told me to go to infinity because is not part of infinity and uitkyk does not affiliate with infinity. I got to a point where I felt I was about to lose it , chose to pay for the card went to pay, as I was paying I told the teller what happened she called a white old man who is a floor manager. I explained to him what transpired . He said he will deal with it, and a moment later after the manager spoke to her, she was at a till next to where I was, she was busy making noise about me reporting her .

3 Months ago I got to the tellers I used my virtual card , Themba told me that they do not scan virtual cards. Martha was called after INSISTED that I will not move until my virtual card is scanned. She took my fine, then told me the screen is broken it will not scan in the shop. I told her I WAS from Woolies an hour ago and I used the same phone with cracked screen, it worked perfectly fine. I asked her to clean her scanner refused to do it. I told them I will take it up with management and she laughed at me saying I must do it . I took the matter up with Uitkyk`s management and they did not hesitate to credit me with those points lost during my shopping and promised to talk to her for her actions. But clearly it is evident that some staff members like Martha who are supervisors feel they can treat black African customers as they please despite being reprimanded by their management
