Unpaid benefits

If there was a negative star I'd give it to the Department of labour. We work so hard for our money so that when we get unemployed or got for maternity, we are sorted but The Department of labour is eating our money and delaying payment, can you imagine that since I app**** for the benefits last year Oct/Nov I've only received 1 payment. And don't get me started on the call center , they keep on telling me that they are escalating the matter , it's been months now and nothing is happening.
