Wouldn't recommend UIF Simplicity

I do believe Melanie has good intentions in helping clients get claims resolved and I see in some instances this is the case. However I find her condescending tone in email responses very unprofessional, it is not the clients fault UIF Simplicity is at the hands of an *********** government system and Melanie takes her frustration out on those that are paying for her service. Each persons circumstances are different and she makes comments based on the very little she knows about her clients. I honestly don't feel that anything UIF Simplicity has done in terms of my maternity claim to date has made any difference. I am nowhere closer to receiving my payment than I was before I engaged with Melanie. My advice would be to go straight to the labour office and save your money, as after all the back and forth for the last 6 months this is the instruction I have been given by Melanie anyway.
