Unprofessional

Melanie's (CEO) service initially was good, however with every email enquiry thereafter her tone and unprofessional responses seemed to be getting worse. Asking for clarity on a matter seemed to annoy her. Ultimately, she tells you to go to the Dep of labour if something is too difficult for her to explain to you it seems, so my advice is go direct to Dept of labour. You won't be out of pocket and won't need to deal with her condescending emails. If the CEO of the company portrays herself in this manner, I'd hate to know what the rest of her teams service is like.
