UIF SIMPLICITY - do not use them

It has been 5 months since my UIF application(completed documents) has been with them.

They were first very kind and helpful at the start.

Then they started to give reasons why my claim is not going through. They were also not sure if my claim will go through, but I know employees with the same maternity pay structure who received their UIF. They also said that I needed to follow up with my employee to fill the information out on the labour website. I Followed up with my employee who said they don't know what they are talking about as they don't fill in anything manually.... dead end no response to what my employee said.

Then they said they going to labour to see what the issue is will respond to me the next day, its been 7 days no response.

I have colleagues who were on maternity leave at the same time and used other companies and got their money within 6 to 8 weeks.

I am just soooo tired of their back and forth.

They also don't respond immediately to your emails. Only at the start. It's been 7 days since they last responded to me and I have sent about 5 emails.

They also said they escalated the matter but they ignoring my emails what kind of escalation is that?
