I have been dealing with Melanie, the director of this company, and I really have had a 5-star experience thus far. She has been extremely helpful and so sufficient with all communications, and the process has been effortless.

The system that her company has in place is so user-friendly where everything that is required, there are exemplars of exactly how to fill in the various documentation and if one has any questions, they are always answered timeously.

Melanie has really gone the extra mile and takes care of her clients, even checking in on them (and baby) regularly.

Once I went on maternity leave and the birth certificate was sent through, I received my first payment within 2 weeks.

It is a real pleasure to not have to worry and to know that I am taken care of.
