OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!

This company is fantastic and has given me the best service from any company that I have ever received! I had the pleasure of dealing with Melanie Roe who is the most efficient, hardest working and most compassionate person I have ever met. I contacted them 2 years ago for a UIF claim and the whole process of submitting the documentation went very smoothly until one of the documents was rejected and had to be supp**** by Home Affairs.

Well this was a problem as we all know how slow they are, but Melanie kept me updated throughout the process and even during the entire lockdown when Home Affairs were barely functioning. We finally received the document which they submitted to UIF and I received my payout a week later.
