Dont bother!

There is nothing "simple" about this company. They are frustrating to deal with, either taking weeks to reply or they "simply" dont reply at all. Every time you send them a document, they tell you they need another instead of just telling you everything at once. Currently they have decided they are not refunding me or replying to any of my emails. Their service is apparently only to forward you a template of what you need. Best off not paying R950 for that!
