These professional **** artists take unemployed mothers money out their kids mouths. I was urgently requested by them to make payment after I registered only to find out my ex employer needed to send a document. After I had explained that my ex employers HR company is no longer in business the Owner Melanie advised that my money could not be refunded. She said that I am responsible for all documents needed.

I ended up doing my own submission and my uif was paid. They first requested payment and then advised what is needed. I am definitely taking them further no matter how long it takes.

Do not ever use these people. I'm disgusted that a women is actually running the business.
