Wont recommend

Terrible service. Biggest waste of my money that i work so hard for. Documents were incomplete or just not even handed in. After months and months of waiting patiently, i decided to go to the UIF offices myself where i then learnt about how useless this service actually is. Within 2 days of me going to the UIF myself, I received my money. Ive been back at work now for 5months and been struggling with Kate since day 1. Communication is non existent and excuses are plentiful. I would not recommend that you use this company, even if it means you pay someone else a bit more. They always quick to receive money, but never quick to action. I spent my whole maternity leave worrying about money where i was supposed to enjoy that time with my baby.
