What a STAR you are Kate!

Without Kate's support and patient availability I would STILL be running around in square circles. I now realise that anyone working with UIF needs utmost patience, regardless. I had NO idea how often the systems are down at our Labour Department. Kate went out of her way to constantly update information as soon as she could between these downtimes (often weeks of no systems running) Her administration is done competently, and as timely as systems allow. I have nothing but thanks and gratitude for Kate and her constant unwavering preserverance in helping me to sort my UIF issues. Bless you Kate!
